Graduate in Education from the University of Valladolid, and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).

With over five years of experience in the people area, Eva has specialised in talent attraction processes, onboarding, and in the development and implementation of HR policies. Her background includes several years as an HRBP in the tech sector in Barcelona, where she managed multicultural and dynamic teams, as well as experience as an international headhunter in London, which allowed her to gain a global perspective on recruitment.

Currently, Eva is the Head of Talent Attraction and Management at VIVEbiotech.
