After some years working in consultancy, she obtained a Master´s Degree in Strategic Management of People´s Talent also from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

Prior to joining VIVEbiotech, her professional experience was complemented in IBARMIA, a machine tool company.

Currently, Maddi is a Talent and Wellness Management Technician in VIVEbiotech.
